    All prices shown are in £ GBP (British Pounds Sterling).

    Payment for goods
    Via our web site you can pay via PayPal either by using your credit / debit card or PayPal account.

    Privacy
    All information that comes into our possession will remain private and confidential to Willow Cottage Store. All data collected is treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

    Security
    When you place an order with us, the information you send is protected in line with English law.
    We do not share any information with 3rd parties.

    Delivery / Despatch
    We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being received & payment being cleared during the normal working week.

    We use 2 methods of Delivery, Royal Mail and Hermes, leaving a card if there is no-one in, they will require a signature on delivery unless instructed otherwise it is therefore important to provide us with a manned address for delivery or instructions. Finally, we may deliver the goods by hand again a signature will be required.

    Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for sending the goods out a second time.

    Postage and Packing costs
    Our postage and packing charges work on a sliding scale, to be fair to all. This scale is designed to work on approximate weight - the heavier an item or items are, the more it will cost for delivery. Our postage and packing charges range from £0.00 GBP to £40.00 GBP each.

    Some products have a fixed postage cost which will be added to the overall delivery cost. A product may have a fixed cost due to a special offer on postage on that product or due to the size and weight of a product making it difficult to delivery. Products with fixed postage cost have the postage displayed on the individual product page.

    Willow Cottage Store may offer free postage on some items or orders over a certain value from time to time. Should these orders be returned to us for reasons other than a fault, Willow Cottage Store reserve the right to charge a handling fee equal to the value of your specific consignment, to cover administration costs.

    Willow Cottage Store may also choose to promote their website by distributing special offer codes giving discount on postage, which must be used before the expiry date of the offer

    Refunds and Exchanges

    Damaged or Faulty goods
    In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection.
    Please note: We may have to return the item to the production department for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

    Returns
    Willow Cottage Store will refund or exchange any unsoiled / unused items (with tickets and seals still attached and in their original delivered condition) returned to us within 7 days of original delivery date. You can claim a full refund less postage or alternatively exchange any item.
    We advise that you use the Post Office Parcel Service or other appropriate service with adequate and appropriate insurance cover bearing in mind the value of the goods being returned.
    Willow Cottage Store is not liable for returned parcels in transit; in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

    Stock levels and price changes
    Willow Cottage Store endeavour to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible, should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will endeavour to advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned.
    Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item.
    Willow Cottage Store endeavour to keep up to date with all price changes, this however is not always possible, Willow Cottage Store therefore reserve the right to discontinue a line or change prices at any time without prior notice.


    Right to cancel
    In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.

    Liability
    Willow Cottage Store takes steps to prevent computer viruses from being transmitted via electronic data transfer, but cannot guarantee that our website, e-mails or linked websites do not contain computer virus code. You are therefore strongly advised to undertake anti virus checks. Willow Cottage Store undertakes no liability for loss or damage howsoever caused.
    Willow Cottage Store is not responsible for the content found on linked websites. Willow Cottage Store operates in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and The E – commerce Regulations. Willow Cottage Store does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. All products on the website are there as an invitation to treat. Willow Cottage Store’s website is governed by English law.

    Preview Products  
    Preview products are products that are not yet available for despatch as they are still being manufactured. Products that are marked as preview lines may be reserved in advance for immediate dispatch when available by purchasing the product in the normal way, (No money will be debited from your account until the goods are despatched) An estimated delivery date will be posted on the product page, Willow Cottage Store will make every effort to deliver your order on time.

    Special Offers
    Willow Cottage Store will do promotions from time to time, to qualify for a promotion you will need to have a voucher; these will be distributed by Willow Cottage Store by several methods. At trade fairs and by Email or any other method appropriate. A promotion may only be redeemed online at point of purchase (Not In store or by Phone). The parameters of each voucher will be set out on the voucher.

    Currency/Pricing
    All transaction will be made in GBP (£). Unless agreed prior to the transaction
    International Deliveries
    All deliveries will be sent with a courier company and will require a signature on delivery. European Deliveries may take up to 15 working days for delivery to be completed from the date of dispatch.
    Product Range available
    Unfortunately, we may not able to offer our full range of products for international delivery due to the Size, Weight and Nature of some products.
    Tariffs and Import Tax
    Any additional charges levied on products are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer.

    International Returns
    Our returns policy is the same throughout the world (please see our returns policy). We advice all customers to check the measurements, sizes and weights of the product before purchasing to avoid additional costs when exchanging or returning an item. 


    Special offers such as free postage only apply to the UK.

    Willow Cottage Store reserves the right to delay or cancel your order at anytime due to manufacturing difficulties.  Willow Cottage Store also reserves the right to cancel any order due to the non-payment / none receipt of funds of a cash sale invoice if not received within 3 working days.
    Willow Cottage Store does not agree to any deferred / credit payment terms unless made in writing.
